We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused fragrances in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Email concierge@crownpeak.co with your order number to receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
